Here in Japan, we usually make a decision by a major vote in an organization. But I think decision made by majority vote is not always wise way especially it’s among a few people. Because some of their remarks are just on their personal opinion, not on their firsthand experiences.

It won’t hurt to hear many opinions, observations and perspectives but there is definitely the situation that you should force you to go with your decision.
