I went to DMV to renew my driving license card which was expired a month ago. Actually I have tons of complaints and criticisms about their services and I really wanted to blame them for these things. But since I’ve kept the precious things I wrote in my journal yesterday in mind, I tried to have an open mind and I avoided to complain although I was irritated in the back of my head… It was not easy to do because I’m a pretty assertive person but I believe that this behavior would pay off.
