Reading aloud books in the early morning is one of my routines. Lately, I have been reading a book about a Japanese samurai named Takamori Saigo that I really admire. And there is a famous word of wisdom by him.

「人を相手にせず、天を相手にせよ。天を相手にして、己を尽くし人をとがめず、我が誠の足らざるを尋ぬ可し」

It means “Don’t deal with people, but God. No matter how things wouldn’t be going to the way you want even though you try to make sincere efforts, you had better not blaming others. You would rather doubt of your behavior is not faithful fully.”
