Customer’s complaints

We get complaints from our business users every now and then even though we believe our services are on the straight and narrow. We have to understand that there is diverse people, perspective and opinion. So one important thing to keep in mind about customer facing is to embrace customer’s complaints as a valuable opinion and a good opportunities for improvement of our business.
