In a business situation, the majority of people tend to think it’s all about outcome. But I don’t nod in agreement at the idea. I believe It’s all about the process and attitude, not the outcome even in business. Because if you put importance on outcome, then you would tend to go with devious plans or ways in an attempt to gain the result easily.
